For the comfort and safety of all of our guests we adhere to the following policies:

Reservations
Reservations are required. (Please inform us of any special needs you might have at the time of your reservation.)

Guests
Cabin guests are required to have at least one guest, who will be at the cabin throughout the rental period, is at least 25 years of age.

Payment Methods
Cash, check, money order, and travelers check

Rates
Daily - $200
Weekly - $900 (6 nights and 7 days)
Taxes are not included in the house rate. We are subject to a 6% Pennsylvania sales tax and a 3% county tax. Long term rates and Gift Certificates are available.

Security Deposit
A $200 security deposit is required at the time of making your reservation. The deposit must be received within a week of the reservation to secure your date. Payment for entire stay is expected upon arrival. Payment in full is required seven days prior to arrival for: holidays, graduations, special event weekends, and stays of five or more nights. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure provided no damages have occurred during your visit and no violations of policies were made.

Property Damage
Cabin guests acknowledge and understand that they are financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the stated rental period, which can be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse. Guest agree to leave the property in the same general condition as it was when they arrived. Any damages many result in the loss of all or part of the security deposit and we reserve the right to further bill guests for additional cleaning or repairs.

Cancellation
Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation with less than seven days notice, refunds will be given to the extent that we are able to rebook your room, less a processing fee of 10%.

Check-In
3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, or by special arrangement prior to arrival date.

Check-Out
11:00 AM, or by special arrangement prior to arrival date.

Children
Well supervised children are welcome.

Pets
We can accommodate pets with prior approval for an additional fee of $20 per stay, please contact us to make arrangements.

Non-smoking
We are a non–smoking facility. Smoking outside is permitted.
